Project Management Coordinator

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized self-starter, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our sales team by managing the flow of asset, content, and presentation requests. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who thrives on staying organized, managing multiple requests, and coordinating across teams to keep projects moving on time. A passion for food, grilling, outdoor cooking, entertaining, and consumerproducts is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Sales Asset & Copy Requests – Coordinate product photography, lifestyle photography, video, graphics, and other marketing asset requests from the sales team, ensuring requests are logged, prioritized, and completed on schedule. Retail Platform Content Coordination – Manage online content needs for Amazon, OMP, and other retail customer platforms, coordinating with internal teams to gather and upload required content. Infographic Development – Partner with designers to create infographics and ensure marketing materials accurately communicate product features, benefits, and brand positioning. Sales Presentation Support – Fulfill sales presentation requests for domestic customers, ensuring materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. Trade Show Coordination – Coordinate trade show materials for local shows, including banners, signage, and promotional swag. Copy – Assist with copywriting and editing for product descriptions, packaging, social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 0–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable collaborating with designers, sales teams, and external retail platforms Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, etc.) a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is a plus.
