About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Orthopedic Surgeon to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care across a dynamic surgical practice. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and performing orthopedic procedures while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate orthopedic conditions through physical exams, patient history, and diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans)

• Develop individualized treatment plans using both surgical and non-surgical approaches

• Perform a wide range of orthopedic procedures, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, arthroscopy, and other interventions

• Provide pre- and post-operative care ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with primary care, rehab, and therapy teams to optimize recovery and rehabilitation

• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and weekend coverage

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and patient documentation

• Apply evidence-based practices and stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Valid state medical license to practice orthopedic surgery

• Clean malpractice history and current NPDB Self-Query report

• CPR certification for healthcare providers

• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and surgical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team collaboration

• Dedication to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence

• Ability to work a rotating OR schedule with on-call coverage
