About the Position

Join a full-time orthopedic surgery team in Brattleboro, VT, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care across the patient continuum. Responsibilities include diagnosing and evaluating orthopedic conditions , developing individualized treatment plans , performing a range of surgical procedures such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy, and delivering pre- and post-operative care . Collaborate with primary care providers, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists in a supportive environment, participate in rotating on-call coverage , and maintain accurate patient records . Emphasis on evidence-based practices, surgical excellence, and patient safety .

Shift Timings:

• Full-time OR schedule
• Rotating call schedule
• Weekend coverage as required

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Vermont medical license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA license
• CPR certification for healthcare providers
• Clean malpractice history
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
• Not open to Locum or visa candidates
• Must be able to commute within 1 hour
