Our regular work schedule runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify their specific care needs and develop personalized treatment plans that meet those needs.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions that address the emotional and psychological challenges associated with aging, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and grief.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each elderly client.

• Provide education and support to families and staff about mental health strategies aimed at enhancing the emotional well-being and quality of life for seniors.

• Deliver specialized grief and loss counseling to residents and their families, guiding them through end-of-life issues with compassion and expertise.

• Implement cognitive stimulation programs and devise evidence-based mental health interventions to improve and maintain cognitive functioning in elderly clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Unity Harbor Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates. Our benefits package includes:
