This role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, accurately identifying their specific care needs and crafting personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on assisting clients with emotional challenges such as grief and adjustments to life changes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement holistic care plans that address both mental and physical well-being for geriatric patients.

• Provide educational resources and training for family members and staff on best practices for enhancing emotional well-being among the elderly population.

• Lead grief counseling initiatives for residents and families coping with end-of-life matters, employing compassionate listening and therapeutic techniques.

This position primarily focuses on elderly individuals who are battling various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment problems related to aging. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
