Enterprise Account Manager

ABOUT THE JOB: Strategically develop and grow share of wallet while managing and expanding long‑term key business relationships with assigned, existing Enterprise Accounts (7–17 accounts). Build existing relationships, identify growth opportunities to drive profitable revenue, and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed company expectations. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Account Management Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of assigned Enterprise accounts, including industry, goals, challenges, and opportunities. Act as the primary liaison to Enterprise Account customers to ensure program benefits, reputation, and customer service; maintain clear communication with internal key WSMM roles such as commercial selling partners, operations, finance, legal, logistics, billing, and management. Develop, implement, and maintain an account plan that establishes sales strategy, identifies key decision makers, critical customer contacts, and the overall strategic direction of the account to clearly communicate customer needs and potential. Execute structured client calls to implement strategies, encourage interaction, and develop a deep understanding of buying behavior; oversee account activities and intelligence while promoting quality work, timeliness, and achievement of goals. Communicate and educate the value proposition and advantages of doing business with WSMM, highlighting consultative expertise and best‑in‑class customer service. Establish a cadence of QBR and/or annual reviews for account review, proactive planning, and presentation of tailored solutions. Remain up to date on current and new WSMM products, acquisitions, and pricing guidelines to maximize revenue opportunities. Develop and maintain strong executive participation at both WSMM and the assigned Enterprise Accounts to extend expertise and support relationship expansion. Sales and Revenue Growth Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and buying behaviors unique to each Enterprise Account. Drive core product revenue and value‑added revenue across all WSMM product offerings. Lead solution development efforts that address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of corporate, regional, and local sales and implementation teams. Identify opportunities, buying behaviors, trends, geographic reach, and market share to guide the sales process and increase customer satisfaction. Develop customized, strategic marketing outreach (at least once per year per Enterprise Client) and stay aware of relevant WSMM marketing initiatives. Maintain familiarity with industry and market segments, trends, competitors, and other dynamics that influence buying behavior and needs. Negotiate new contracts and renewals with commercially viable terms in collaboration with the Director and VP Enterprise Accounts. Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs as needed. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and Collaboration Act as the paramount contact for customers in your portfolio, managing inquiries, contractual items, and execution of agreements. Foster productive communication channels between field sales, operations, and the Enterprise Account team to encourage team selling. Work with local and branch teams to grow units on rent, Essentials penetration, total revenue, and share of wallet while providing an exceptional customer experience. Leverage WillScot Mobile Mini value proposition across the customer portfolio and local market. Utilize Salesforce and Tableau CRM to track performance, share customer opportunities, risks, and insights with internal teams and management. Other Contribute to peer coaching and share best practices with co‑workers. Attend and/or recommend local, regional, or national conferences relevant to Enterprise and WSMM clients. Maintain up‑to‑date Action Plans, Executive Snapshots, and Client Contacts in Salesforce. Required Education and Experience College degree preferred. Minimum five years of outbound sales, account management, and consultative solution selling experience. WillScot experience preferred (minimum three years in sales or account management roles). Experience in the construction and/or rental industries and a record of growth in customer accounts preferred. Salesforce and SAP experience preferred. Required Skills and Abilities Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and increasing growth in customer accounts. Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills, comfortable dealing with a wide range of levels from entry level to executive. Affiliation with trade associations to enhance networking and marketing knowledge is desirable. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and be on phones for the majority of the business day. Work Environment In‑office role requiring a private area for confidential conversations. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for field visits; some overnight travel may be required. This posting is for a New Position.
