Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct scheduled tele-therapy sessions with individuals, employing video chat to create a comfortable environment for discussion.

• Facilitate in-depth conversations about clients’ emotions and experiences, aiming to build trust and rapport.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to identify and mitigate behaviors or thoughts that may hinder recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of stable adults seeking mental health support for a variety of concerns. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will focus on individuals who are ready to engage in therapy and who appreciate the convenience of online sessions. Each client is pre-screened to ensure a suitable match for your areas of expertise, allowing for targeted and effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Full licensure to practice independently in Oregon, with one of the following designations: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions must be on record.
\n
• Effective communication skills, with a strong ability to connect empathetically with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer literacy to utilize our therapy platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in tele-therapy, particularly with adult populations, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with online counseling modalities and utilizing digital tools for client engagement can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 - 130,000 per year, contingent on hours worked.
