Key Responsibilities\n

• Leverage innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, aiming not just to meet but to exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation for each therapy session in accordance with company guidelines and protocols, ensuring compliance with legal and therapeutic standards.

• Facilitate a minimum of 25 client-facing interactions per week, encouraging a sustainable work schedule that promotes your personal wellbeing and professional satisfaction.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, medical personnel, and school staff to deliver a holistic approach to client care.

• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continued professional development and team cohesion.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at building relationships and expanding access to mental health resources.
\n
• Promptly respond to communications from the Clinical Director, maintaining a professional standard in all interactions.
\n
• Foster a supportive environment by collaborating with your colleagues while also maintaining your professional autonomy and authenticity.

• Deliver direct clinical services through both in-person and virtual mediums, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Conduct thorough evaluations, and develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include ongoing documentation and case notes in alignment with organizational policies.

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups representing various identities and backgrounds. Your expertise in approaching mental health care with cultural competence and sensitivity will be vital in creating an inclusive environment where all clients feel understood and valued. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Active, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient understanding and experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office 365.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively complete initial assessments, develop SMART treatment plans, and maintain clinical case notes with precision.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to model professional boundaries effectively.

• Capability to manage documentation in a timely manner, ensuring consistency and quality in all patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
