Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs within the home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, employing techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to ensure therapeutic goals are being met.
• Assist patients with the selection and proper use of assistive devices that may enhance their functional mobility and self-care capabilities.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for managing their conditions and optimizing their rehabilitation efforts, including training on physical therapy exercises and proper usage of assistive modalities.

Qualifications
