As an Assistant Project Manager at JLL, you will be providing reliable, timely, and professional support to Senior Project Managers on large projects initiatives and function as secondary support, leveraging opportunity to shadow and expand PM experience. The successful candidate will require necessary experience with minimal oversight to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload involving all types of projects. Manage end to end small scale, single vendor projects Request space plans, floor plans and DWG sets from client Monitor funding requests – manage/track workflows and alter PM’s of delays Photography requests for projects and final submissions Execute the project closeout in coordination with the Project Coordinator; ensuring the project is closed with required documentation within the 90 day closeout deadline Collaboration with the Project Coordinator to ensure projects controls are met each month on projects in assigned region PMWeb Project Assignment Audit – ensuring all details are gathered at the time of project assignment, including but not limited to: Preliminary project scope Project Type Experience with system implementation or optimization projects Attention to detail and data accuracy Understanding of project management processes and terminology Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) On-site –New York, NY Job Tags: Affordable Housing Real Estate Management, Building Condition Survey Project Delivery, Build to Rent Real Estate Management, Construction Industry Knowledge, Consulting Industry Knowledge, Data Centre Industry Knowledge, Education Real Estate Management, Industry Knowledge, Information Technology (IT), Office Management Personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care
