Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and place candidates in positions that align with their skills and career goals.

• Conduct employment verification and reference checks.

Deliver Outstanding Client Service

• Partner with client companies to understand their hiring needs and workforce challenges.
• Gather detailed job requirements and create effective recruitment solutions.
• Fill job orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide updates and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct client visits, safety tours, and relationship-building meetings.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive service and support.

Grow Business Through Relationship Building

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
• Make daily outbound calls and weekly marketing contacts to identify opportunities and generate business.
• Set appointment and lead generation efforts for the sales team.
• Present the full range of workforce solutions available to clients.
• Participate in networking, marketing, and community engagement activities.

Contribute to Team Success

• Collaborate closely with recruiters, sales representatives, and office staff to meet client needs.
