Key Responsibilities
Connect Great People with Great Opportunities
- Recruit, interview, and place candidates in positions that align with their skills and career goals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified associates across various industries and skill levels.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and assignment details.
- Conduct employment verification and reference checks.
- Follow up regularly with associates to ensure a positive assignment experience and long-term success.
Deliver Outstanding Client Service
- Partner with client companies to understand their hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Gather detailed job requirements and create effective recruitment solutions.
- Fill job orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide updates and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct client visits, safety tours, and relationship-building meetings.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive service and support.
Grow Business Through Relationship Building
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
- Make daily outbound calls and weekly marketing contacts to identify opportunities and generate business.
- Set appointment and lead generation efforts for the sales team.
- Present the full range of workforce solutions available to clients.
- Participate in networking, marketing, and community engagement activities.
Contribute to Team Success
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, sales representatives, and office staff to meet client needs.
- Share information and communicate regularly to ensure successful placements.
- Support other office functions as needed, including front office and recruiting activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records within company systems.
