Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role involves handling a diverse range of litigation matters, including fiduciary obligations and ERISA litigation. The position offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities for advancement. Duties Handle litigation matters related to fiduciary and related obligations. Engage in ERISA litigation and employee benefit disputes. Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, briefs, and motions. Participate in eDiscovery and depositions. Manage multiple projects efficiently and collaboratively. Requirements 3-5 years of litigation experience. Admission to the State Bar of California. Excellent research and drafting skills. Experience in state and federal court proceedings. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills Strong research and analytical skills. Proficiency in drafting legal documents. Ability to manage multiple projects. Team-oriented with a proactive approach. Benefits Hybrid work environment.
