Tax Preparation Firm is seeking a full time or part time, administrative tax assistant
for office manager. This position must have Administration experience.
Required skills:
• Ability to answer tax related emails and communicate with clients with
minimal supervision.
• Ability to take incoming and make outgoing calls.
• Advanced level skills/knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience with general office support, scanning, photocopying, and
telephone coverage.
• Great memory and recall.
We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
• Organized
• Ability to learn new things quickly
• Ability to work on their own/figure things out independently
• Takes initiative
• Ability to learn new software
