Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Bilingual Administrative Assistant

We're seeking a dependable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Spanish. Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist employees and applicants with HR-related questions.
  • Manage phone calls, data entry, filing, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and benefits documentation.
  • Translate HR forms, memos, and employee communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Partner with corporate IT to troubleshoot basic tech issues (computer connections, user setup, scanner resets).

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (strong written and verbal communication).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic computer understanding and comfort navigating common systems.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bilingual or multicultural settings.
  • Customer service background.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
