Legal Intake Specialist

We are a busy personal injury law firm in Aventura, FL, looking for a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist who knows how to turn a phone call into a signed client. This is not a receptionist role — it is the front door of our firm. Every call you take could be the next case that changes someone's life, and your job is to make sure qualified callers feel heard, trust us, and sign up on the spot. The right person is a compassionate closer: warm and empathetic with injured callers, but disciplined about following our intake process, qualifying cases, overcoming hesitation, and getting retainers signed the same day. If you have done personal injury intake before and you love the rush of a signed-up client, we want to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
