Job Summary As a Sous Chef, you will support the day-to-day culinary operations at NBC's flagship location at 30 Rockefeller Center. Working closely with the culinary leadership team, you'll help deliver exceptional food and hospitality experiences while building the skills needed to grow your culinary career. Flik Hospitality Group Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and execution of daily menu offerings Contribute to menu planning and seasonal culinary initiatives Help coordinate kitchen production and daily prep activities to ensure efficient service Partner with culinary leadership to support new menus, programs, and guest experiences Assist with inventory, ordering, and food cost initiatives Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety Provide day-to-day support and guidance to culinary team members Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented kitchen culture Support catered events and other operational needs as required What We're Looking For 2+ years of culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, corporate dining, or similar foodservice environment Interest in growing into a culinary leadership role Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience supporting, training, or mentoring team members is a plus Preferred Qualifications ServSafe or Department of Health Certification Exposure to inventory management, purchasing, or food cost controls Experience contributing to menu planning or recipe development Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems Associates At Flik Hospitality Are Offered Many Fantastic Benefits.
