Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients' emotional, mental, and social requirements through detailed interviews and assessments, establishing their strengths, needs, and areas for growth.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific circumstances, implementing evidence-based strategies to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, helping clients manage acute emotional distress while guiding them toward long-term coping strategies.

• Coordinate with community resources and other agencies, making referrals to enhance client recovery and ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, regularly updating treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Participate in case conferences and inter-agency meetings, contributing your insights and advocating for clients' best interests.

• Engage in professional development activities to continuously refine your skills and stay abreast of industry best practices.

• Serve as a key worker, fostering strong relationships with clients and their families to support individualized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support clients who may be dealing with the emotional repercussions of terminal illness, grief, and life transition challenges. Many clients may also be impacted by complex social issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence, or child custody concerns. Your interventions will play a crucial part in enhancing their quality of life during difficult times, ensuring they receive the necessary emotional and psychological support to navigate their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work or counseling, with a focus on end-of-life care and mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
