Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and adjust treatment plans to align with individual recovery goals.
• Assist with the execution of various physical therapy modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the application of modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and home-based exercise strategies to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Document patient progress meticulously and collaborate with the physical therapist to modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Regularly communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
• Manage a patient schedule to see 1-2 patients per hour, providing each with focused and individualized care.

Compensation and Benefits
