Work Environment

Our Rehabilitation Center provides a vibrant and supportive environment that fosters professional growth and collaboration among staff. The clinic is designed to be welcoming and accessible, ensuring patients feel comfortable as they progress through their recovery. Working hours are Monday through Friday from either 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or a flexible four 10-hour day schedule. This flexibility allows you to balance work and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with mobility issues through detailed assessments and documentation of their condition.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans focused on achieving specific, measurable goals based on each patient's needs and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced rehabilitation technologies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, communicating treatment plans and progress with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and wellness strategies to promote long-term health and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist in our center, you will customize rehabilitation programs to help each patient restore function and independence, directly impacting their day-to-day lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist license is required or must be eligible for licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting, demonstrating a robust understanding of patient rehabilitation.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with documentation requirements in a clinical setting.
• Specialized training in modalities such as dry needling, sports rehabilitation, or advanced manual therapy techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
