Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in their own homes. You'll work Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options available—either 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts per week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient mobility and functional capabilities, including gait analysis and range of motion testing.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized rehabilitation plans that cater specifically to each patient's ambitions and physical constraints.
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise regimens, to facilitate healing and recovery.
• Work alongside diverse healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and medical doctors, to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and overall wellness strategies for maintaining progress after therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient outcomes, track progress, and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions, providing personalized therapy programs to facilitate their return to daily activities. Our patient population is diverse, ranging from elderly clients requiring assistance with mobility to athletes seeking rehabilitation after sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapy License in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy role, preferably in a home care setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
