Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to identify their unique needs.

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly, ensuring alignment with clinical goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and billing activities using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to establish and deliver cohesive treatment strategies aimed at achieving exceptional patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new protocols that enhance patient care and optimize clinical productivity standards.
• Uphold a safe and welcoming therapy environment that encourages patient trust and comfort.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications
