Balance Booster Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Marco Island, Florida. Work Environment

This role is fully onsite at our dedicated rehabilitation facility. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, nursing staff, and support personnel, all focused on delivering integrated care. Our facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere where patients can actively participate in their recovery while receiving top-notch medical assistance. You will typically work Monday through Friday, with shifts operating from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, although there is flexibility to accommodate four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs, mobility challenges, and specific pain points.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that focus on improving patient mobility, alleviating pain, and fostering independence.
• Utilizing various therapeutic techniques, modalities, and exercise programs to facilitate patient recovery.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment.
• Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, self-management strategies, and preventive measures to enhance long-term well-being.
• Regularly documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies based on individual responses.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve range from post-surgical rehabilitants to those managing chronic conditions. Given the diverse demographics of Marco Island, we see a variety of age groups including active seniors, athletes, and adults recovering from injuries. Each patient's journey is unique, and your role will be central to helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals through compassionate, individualized care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Active or eligible Florida Physical Therapy license.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills essential for patient interaction and care collaboration.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and create a supportive environment for patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
