We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Body System Physical Therapy located in the beautiful Marco Island, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and understand their unique rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and customize individualized treatment plans that address specific patient conditions, such as post-surgical recovery or chronic pain management.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to empower patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate and guide patients through recovery exercises, ensuring they are performed safely and effectively while tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to their plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal issues. You will play a crucial role in helping patients of all ages regain their mobility and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Experience

While two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required, candidates with a passion for patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development will excel in this role. Certification in specialized techniques or continued education in current therapies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
