Human Resources Director

Resolve Diamondback is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This position is responsible for employee relations, recruitment, compliance, retention, benefits administration, and partnering with facility leadership to create a positive and engaged workplace culture. Responsibilities Oversee all human resources operations for the facility Lead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives Manage employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Administer benefits, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and leave programs Maintain personnel records and HR reporting Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce planning Promote employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building efforts Qualifications Previous Human Resources leadership experience required Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree preferred Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional growth opportunities Supportive leadership team Join Resolve Diamondback and help build an exceptional employee experience while supporting quality care for our residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
