The VP of Quality RN offers an exceptional opportunity to lead patient safety initiatives, strengthen clinical performance, and promote outstanding care within a growing community hospital. The Vice President of Nursing Quality will become part of a purpose-driven healthcare organization celebrated for compassionate service, excellent outcomes, and a supportive workplace culture. The RN Executive Director of Quality will help advance patient experience, regulatory compliance, and access to high-quality healthcare. Through community outreach, wellness programs, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives, this organization continues to make a meaningful difference both inside and beyond the hospital. The Senior Director RN Quality will j oin the Patient Care Services Division of a smaller acute care hospital where personalized service remains a top priority. The facility provides essential inpatient and outpatient services while maintaining the collaborative atmosphere of a community-based medical center. Modern clinical resources and interdisciplinary programs will empower the Chief Nursing Quality Officer to influence hospital-wide results. A close-knit leadership structure also encourages timely decisions, open communication, and meaningful engagement with frontline staff. The VP of Nursing Quality will partner closely with executive leadership, physicians, nursing leaders, hospital committees, and the governing board. Supported by dedicated nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals, this executive will direct quality management, patient safety, infection prevention, accreditation, and ongoing regulatory preparedness. The Senior Nursing Quality Executive will guide Joint Commission readiness, CMS compliance, root cause reviews, and performance improvement efforts. Additional responsibilities include evaluating clinical metrics, mentoring staff, managing departmental resources, and fostering a sustainable culture of safety and high reliability. The Senior Nurse Director Quality will reside in a picturesque coastal area of Oregon known for its natural scenery and easygoing lifestyle. Nearby beaches, forests, hiking trails, fishing destinations, boating opportunities, cycling routes, and wildlife habitats offer year-round recreation. The Hospital Quality RN Executive can also experience local concerts, art galleries, festivals, regional attractions, and friendly community gatherings.
