Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Providing therapeutic interventions tailored to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, communication difficulties, and blended family dynamics.

• Facilitating sessions with couples and families, balancing group sessions and individual therapy as appropriate.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical best practices and ongoing evaluation of patient progress.

• Collaborating with other professionals within the clinic to ensure an integrated approach to care.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
