Sales Account Manager

At Digital Agent, our client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Account Executive to manage existing accounts, grow our client base through conference and networking activity, and serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and a drive to provide exceptional customer service, paired with the initiative to seek out new business opportunities. Applicants should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM/organizational software (Salesforce). This is an in-office position based in our Atlanta office, with regular travel to conferences and customer sites across Georgia and the Southeast. Job Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, serving as their main point of contact Schedule and coordinate quarterly meetings with clients to review service, address needs, and identify growth opportunities Attend industry conferences and events to represent Digital Agent and collect leads for the outside sales team Travel to conferences and customer sites throughout Georgia and the Southeast as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce, including contract updates and renewals Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans Generate progress reports to give to clients and leadership within the organization Skills and Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage several accounts simultaneously Good attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite Reliable transportation required, with willingness to travel regularly to conferences and customer sites in GA and the Southeast Salesforce experience preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred 1-2 years related experience preferred Digital Agent is an Atlanta-based technology company offering an extensive portfolio of communications and IT services to businesses.
