Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining and updating customer information accurately in our database
• Resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Making outbound follow-up calls to existing customers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Dispatching and communicating with technicians throughout the day

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be dependable and punctual

Schedule & Availability:

This is a part-time position that requires:

• A strict 7:30 AM start time
• Availability to work 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Flexible end times, with shifts ending before 5:00 PM
• No weekends required

This position has strong potential to grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Pay:

$14.00 – $16.00 per hour
