A day in the life:Process receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerform day-to-day financial transactions (e.g., verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording data)Prepare bills, invoices, and bank depositsReconcile the accounts receivable ledgerInvestigate discrepancies and resolve client billing issuesFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clientsGenerate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusAll other duties as assignedWhat you'll need:High energy to match high volumeTenacious approach to daily work and the grit to see it throughProven ability to interact professionally and authentically with clients and candidates at all skill levelsRoll-up-your-sleeves attitudeExceptional organization and time management skillsProficiency in data entry and solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collections regulationsBackground in HR, accounting, recruiting, retail, or other fast-paced customer service industry – often successful in our business!
