What You’ll Do

• Engage with potential customers face-to-face in assigned locations
• Prospect and generate new business through in-person outreach
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs on the spot
• Present products/services with confidence and professionalism
• Track daily activity and maintain accurate records
• Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of sales, customer service, or people-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willingness to work outdoors or on your feet for extended periods
