Scope and Terms North America (USA & Canada) Permanent, Full-time role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. Role Overview This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of benefits across North America for a newly independent organization. As North America Benefits Manager, you will lead the administration and ongoing evolution of our health and welfare, leave, and retirement programs; helping ensure they are well‑run, employee‑focused, compliant, and fit for the needs of our business in the US and Canada. Responsibilities Drive the U.S. benefits redesign agenda, helping shape competitive, employee‑centered programs that support a newly independent business Lead key annual benefits moments, including Annual Enrollment, compliance activities, required filings, and other critical program milestones Create clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees understand, value, and make the most of their benefits Partner with vendors, Finance, HR, and local teams to ensure benefits programs are delivered smoothly, accurately, and with a strong employee experience Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian leave administration, working closely with external leave providers to support compliant, compassionate, and consistent employee experiences Qualifications Has experience in U.S. and Canada health and retirement benefit programs and can operate confidently in an environment with multiple vendors, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs Brings strong skills in benefits communications, vendor partnership, compliance risk management, and strategic planning Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownership for results Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organization Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working Benefits and Compensation Market‑competitive pay and performance related rewards Bonus eligible Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) eligible Flexible ways of working Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work Ongoing learning and development opportunities Medical, dental and vision coverage (where applicable) Health and wellbeing support, including employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives Health‑related savings and spending accounts Retirement savings programs with a competitive matching plan Additional employee perks (e.g., corporate discounts, commuter or learning support) Pay range: $103,000 to $154,400 Equal Opportunity Statement The Magnum Ice Cream Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
