Remote Administrative Accountant - Project-Based & Payroll

Aescit Corp.

An industrial and commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Administrative Accountant to work remotely with flexible hours. The role demands expertise in project-based accounting, reconciliation using QuickBooks Online, and strong Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or related fields, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to manage accounts receivable and payable as well as payroll processing.
