Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, using therapeutic expertise to address their individual needs.

• Create and implement crisis and pre-crisis plans, positive behavior strategies, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Complete necessary documentation promptly and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in collaborative planning with clinical teams to design effective behavior support frameworks.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain clinic standards and quality assurance.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for client needs.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, fostering relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and potential partnerships.

• Pursue professional development opportunities, such as attending industry conferences, participating in workshops, and representing the clinic in community discussions.
