Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling services through remote telehealth sessions, utilizing our HIPAA-compliant platform.

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions, actively helping clients identify issues and develop practical solutions.

• Implement treatment programs that address mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses.

• Effectively document client interactions and progress in our cloud-based EHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Maintain client confidentiality and safety while fostering a secure therapeutic environment.

• Manage your own schedule and provide counseling services during evenings and weekends as necessary.

You will be serving a diverse group of clients ranging from children to adults, many of whom are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different socioeconomic backgrounds, and as a counselor, you will play an integral role in their journeys toward healing and empowerment. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will be key to their successful treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Proficient with technology, including a reliable laptop or desktop, internet access, and a web camera for telehealth sessions.

• Ability to work independently while managing your own patient caseload and providing continuous support to clients.

• Successful completion of a background check.
