Service Receptionist

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Service Receptionist to join our powersports dealership team during our busiest time of the year. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will help ensure our service department operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately Taking and delivering accurate messages Managing and responding to voicemail inquiries Greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner Assisting customers during service check-in and check-out Tendering payments for completed work orders Performing light administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Service Manager Maintaining a clean and organized front service area Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and phone system knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous receptionist, cashier, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
