About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join their team. Applicants for the Assistant General Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctorate, LLM, or equivalent degree from an ABA-accredited law school, with a preference for additional business or pharmacy degrees. A minimum of 6 years' of legal experience is required, along with a license to practice law in at least one US state. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, and analysis, and a proven track record of interacting cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues. Experience in contract management, and a working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, are essential.
