- Notary experience
Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate permit processing and post-installation inspections
- Handle warranty paperwork and records administration
- Assist with scheduling parts-pending jobs
- Coordinate office workflow across install and service teams
- Create and release purchase orders for vendors
- Align documentation for invoicing and forward to accounting
- Act as vendor liaison and respond to customer inquiries
- Answer phones, handle correspondence, and perform data entry
- Run system queries and maintain accurate records
- Support a high-volume operation during peak summer months

This individual will support one of the install and service teams by coordinating permits, inspections, workflow, and light billing processes.
