Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status during initial and follow-up sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on their specific mental health concerns.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and coping strategies to help them overcome challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches while promoting an inclusive environment.

• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will encounter a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele, employing culturally sensitive practices, will be crucial in fostering trust and encouraging clients to engage actively in their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
