Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients to develop personalized treatment goals and intervention strategies that are tailored to individual needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and other modalities suited to clients’ experiences.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive treatment plans, reviewing them regularly in collaboration with clients and their support networks.

• Engaging with community resources and connecting clients with additional support services as necessary, enhancing their overall mental health outcomes.

• Participating in regular team meetings to share insights, challenges, and strategies while contributing to a thriving organizational culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Valid and active license as LPC, LMFT, or LICSW in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
