Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting a wide spectrum of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A fully licensed status to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A clean licensing history with no limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills showcasing a compassionate nature, along with strong computer literacy to utilize our platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome therapists with various backgrounds, experience in telehealth services, crisis intervention, or specific treatment methodologies can enhance your application. A demonstrated ability to engage with clients through remote platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours. Additional benefits include:
