Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to understanding the cultural and individual experiences of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, particularly regarding culturally competent approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities and a calm demeanor during challenging situations.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling. Familiarity with community resources that serve underrepresented groups, as well as previous experience working in an outpatient setting, will be considered valuable assets.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Silver Lining Therapies offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
