Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's situation.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs, goals, and cultural sensitivities.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective interventions in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, working in tandem with other healthcare team members to ensure the continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies and resources to manage mental health conditions.

• Engage in ongoing outcome assessments to monitor and evaluate treatment efficacy, utilizing this data to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
