Enjoy comprehensive benefits and long-term career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionDivision Leader – Construction Services OverviewLead the construction division, overseeing operations, team development, and project profitability.Drive strategic growth initiatives and maintain strong client relationships within the construction industry.Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from $500K to $10M in value.Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve division revenue and profitability goals.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Enjoy competitive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.Opportunity to lead impactful initiatives in a growing organization.Division Leader – Construction Services Key Responsibilities & DutiesProvide leadership and mentorship to project managers, estimators, and field personnel.Oversee daily operations for all construction projects within the division.Develop and implement strategies to optimize project execution and profitability.Lead estimating and proposal development processes to secure profitable projects.Maintain and expand relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.Monitor project performance, financials, and risk to ensure successful outcomes.Collaborate with leadership on division planning and growth initiatives.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all projects.Division Leader – Construction Services Job RequirementsMinimum of 6 years of leadership experience in construction, demolition, or related fields.Proven expertise in project management, estimating, and operational leadership.Experience managing multiple projects and large field teams effectively.Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Familiarity with construction management platforms like Procore or Xactimate.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Willingness to travel regionally up to 40% of the time.
