Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and design tailored treatment plans, while also consulting with other professionals to develop comprehensive pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability throughout the process.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as guided by the clinical approach of the team, ensuring the most effective practices are utilized.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans while providing an integrated approach to treatment.

• Participate in all licensing and accreditation processes actively, upholding the quality and integrity of our services.

• Act as a liaison for clients, connecting them with relevant state agencies and community partners to enhance their support network.

• Foster transparent communication to achieve contract standards, while promoting the overall mission of Positive Harmony Pathways within the community.

• Identify opportunities to build partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to secure funding and resources that further our mission.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring organizational needs are met.
