This role will be responsible for executing service delivery at Tag. The Account Manager,

\n

Sourcing will communicate a vision for how Tag best serves our clients across the Sourcing

\n

service offerings and empower and enable their team to bring that vision to life. The role

\n

focuses on delivering operational excellence, implementing optimized cost to serve models,

\n

applying continuous improvement initiatives, and team development.

\n

JOB DUTIES

\n

*Establish the quality of service delivery across their portfolio of accounts

\n

*Implement standardized processes for all aspects of operations

\n

*Track operational controls and ensure management information reporting requirements

\n

are fulfilled

\n

*Accomplish action items from account plans

\n

*Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping client services informed of all critical

\n

issues and facilitating open cooperation between operations and client services

\n

Follow delegations of authority for operations team

\n

*Partner with functional teams, adhering to appropriate corporate policies, internal controls,

\n

and reporting

\n

*Manage staff performance including establishing development goals, setting business

\n

objectives, establishing priorities, and providing ongoing performance feedback

\n

Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning

\n

and a commitment to quality

\n

*Investigate and resolve issues escalated by the portfolio client(s) and communicate

\n

significant issues to the Operations Director and client services

\n

*Manage overall performance metrics of accounts/departments against contract/target

\n

metrics

\n

*Provide team with clear communications regarding target metrics/expectations and

\n

support their achievements

\n

*Manage the selection, induction, development, retention, motivation and performance of

\n

direct reports

\n

*Support new business implementation

\n

*Cascade key business and organizational messages down to the associate level, per the

\n

appropriate channels

\n

*Share knowledge, best practices and solution designs within the relevant management

\n

teams to ensure continuous business improvement

\n

\n

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

\n

-Five or more years' experience with promotional material, marketing services or print

\n

management client facing environment with a mix of transactional, traditional, and direct

\n

mail experience

\n

-Demonstrated record implementing solutions that have permanently resolved poor

\n

contract performance or difficult situations

\n

-Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach towards the client

\n

-Proven experience in the delivery and management of complex multi-service solutions for

\n

clients
