Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, identifying their specific needs, and establishing clinical diagnoses aligned with the latest psychological standards.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities.

• Provide individual, group, family therapy, and crisis intervention to support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive immediate and effective care.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Engage in cooperative care with interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about their mental health conditions, discuss treatment options, and identify community resources to support recovery and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client base, including individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. Our clients range from children to adults, reflecting a mixture of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a counselor, you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to accommodate the unique perspectives and challenges of each client, establishing a trusting environment that fosters healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist such as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
