Our team operates in a climate-controlled office setting, with daily interactions among team members and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs, applying tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to craft individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and address unique needs.

• Continually monitor and assess patient progress, providing targeted interventions to support diagnosis and improve mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation, utilizing advanced software systems in adherence to departmental and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop holistic treatment plans that align with their goals, focusing on safety and symptom management throughout the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate referrals to appropriate treatment options, serving as a crucial bridge between patients and other healthcare providers.

• Engage in educational mentorship, guiding students, interns, and volunteers in their learning journeys while contributing to the professional development of team members.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive for joining our team.
