What to Expect Job Responsibilities Manage and respond to 50+ inbound customer calls daily, ensuring an exceptional service experience Maintain 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, and claims support Identify retention risks and escalate issues to the sales team as needed Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience and agency growth Qualifications (Required) Minimum of ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably with the employer) Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses (preferred to start) Strong customer-centric mindset and emotional intelligence Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work during set hours of 8:30 AM - 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
