Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy (TFT).

• Develop and execute comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and tailored interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure clients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety, implementing effective safety planning when necessary.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and organized documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
