Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or EMDR to support clients.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients’ unique challenges and goals.
\n
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients and their families to provide progress updates and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
\n
• Provide both in-person and telehealth sessions, ensuring all interactions meet HIPAA standards to protect client confidentiality.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and share insights on best practices for effective therapy.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a broad spectrum of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss. We are dedicated to providing bilingual therapy services, especially in Spanish, to ensure accessibility for our diverse community. Culturally competent care is paramount as we respect and adapt our approaches to meet individual and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective bilingual therapy delivery.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably with experience working with a diverse range of clients.
\n
• A deep respect for and understanding of cultural differences and the individualized needs of each client.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment.
\n
• Training in one or more therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience working with clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds and varying mental health conditions.
\n
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance to enable commuting when necessary.
\n
• Willingness to provide therapy during evenings and weekends as needed to meet client demands.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
